Peanut Butter Coconut Overnight Oats

Oats are one of the most heart healthy grains you can eat.  They are whole grain, high in fiber and help control blood sugar and cholesterol.

Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfasts  - Just throw it all in a jar the night before, pop it in the fridge over night, and you have yourself a grab n go healthy breakfast for the morning!  So much healthier than that muffin or bagel you grab at a Starbucks drive-thru.
