It's back to business this Sunday! We had a great family vacay to the beach where I pretty much ate and drank my way through the week. There was seafood, margaritas, ice cream, you name it! I never regret these cheat weeks, but my body is definitely looking forward to getting back on the clean eating train.
I'm opting to go back to the low carb life for awhile to get my gut back on track. You can always choose to add in your complex carbs like oats, brown rice, sweet potato, and quinoa to these recipes.
