Meal Prep Sunday is back in action! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July holiday. I know I ate and drank my way through this week, so it's time to buckle down and get back to work.
The next meal delivery service I decided to try out is Home Chef, which will be headed my way on Wednesday. I enjoyed HelloFresh, but my biggest complaint was lack of options with diet preferences. Home Chef seems to give a few more low cal and low carb options, so we'll see what they serve up!
We are 3 short weeks away from our family vacation. My husband wants to jump back on the Keto wagon to shed a few extra pounds, which has worked very well for him in the past. I like how I've felt with my carb cycling approach, so I prepped a little bit of a variety this week! Marriage is all about compromise, right?!
Here's what I came up with...
I will say the keto breakfast pockets are good, but I don't think they're worth the effort. It took me longer to make those than it did to prep the rest of the week. You'd be better off grabbing yourself a low carb wrap (like Tumaro's) and make breakfast burritos instead to save yourself a load of time with a similar result.
