Happy Sunday! Nothing like ending the weekend with a little meal prep action to start the week off right.
I'm only cooking for 1 (and a half) the majority of this week, so leftovers are where it's at. Not too much prep work today either. I made good use of rotisserie chicken and prepackaged veggies to save a little time. The only real cooking was the breakfast pizza. Hope you enjoy!
