Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone! Summer is FINALLY here and I hope you're enjoying every second of the sunshine you can get. I'm traveling for the holiday, so my normal Sunday meal prep is going to be delayed until tomorrow - thank you three day weekend!
My Blackstone grill is fired up and is going to make prep a breeze for my chicken, salmon, and veggies for lunch this week. (It's my new favorite toy!!)
I've also decided to try out some meal delivery services to see what the hype is all about. I've always been skeptical, but why not give it a shot?! If anything, it'll give me some new recipes to throw your way.
Hello Fresh had a great promo, so I landed 3 meals a week for me and my husband for under $40. If you're interested here's the link. Maybe my husband will even be able to cook a few these for me?! HAHA I know that's pushing it...
