Last Meal Prep Sunday of April!
I have a fairly simple meal plan this week as far as prep goes. There is only 1 breakfast and 1 lunch you need to bake. The other lunch is bento box style with no cooking required. My only snack this week is a protein fruit smoothie, which you have the option to prep ahead of time and store in the freezer for the week or just throw together on the fly.
All of my dinner recipes came from Healthy Fitness Meals. If I haven't stressed it enough, GO CHECK HER OUT! I haven't come across a recipe of hers yet that I didn't like and they are all very simple to put together.
