Meal Prep Sunday is back!
Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend. I'm sure it wasn't exactly what you had envisioned, but it's all about what you make of it. We had an outdoor Easter egg hunt, ate loads of candy, and enjoyed a decent family dinner I managed to pull together. The best part about it was that no one had to get out of their PJs! 😉 I know we're all starting to get a little stir crazy at this point (myself included), but fingers crossed we're starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel...
I'm back to business this week in the kitchen to bring you another meal plan to keep you on track. There are only 2 recipes you need to prep this week - 1 breakfast and 1 lunch. You can prep the second lunch if you choose and there's an optional snack included as well. You can do this one in well under 2 hours.
