
Well, all St Patty's Day festivities were cancelled this weekend and schools/daycare are all closed for the next two weeks. As excited as my toddler is about this, I'm sure all you working Mama's out there had a mild panic attack with the news. Let the scrambling begin!
I did take this as an opportunity to start the potty training process with my son, so have been holed up in the house with a naked 2 year old all weekend. Two poops on the carpet and a bag of kit-kats later, we're finally making a little progress (minus pants). No worries, my wine delivery came just in time to help get me through.
I thankfully made it to meal prep Sunday! I have 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, and 1 snack to prep this week. I'll be mixing lunches and dinner leftovers again to fit into my work schedule this week.
