
Meal Prep Sunday 2/28/21
It's official - maternity leave is over and I'm back to work full time this week.Β I have mixed emotions about it - my brain is ready to get back to work but my mom anxiety sending my baby to daycare is in full effect.Β There's no easy way to be a working Mama, but I take solace in the fact he's going to have more attention and enrichment than I can give him here trying to boggle all those roles at the same time.Β It's been a stressful couple of weeks trying to do that and I have no shame in admitting it!Β I will say I have a lot less mom guilt the second time around knowing that my baby will be in good hands. π
I prepped a couple lunches and breakfast for the week.Β I am still using Home Chef meals for our dinners to make my life a little easier.Β Here's the menu!
