Meal Prep Sunday 11/10/19

It's a Steelers Sunday and I'm en route to rep my black and gold!  Steelers games trump meal prep, so my Meal Prep Sunday is going to be a little late and maybe turn in to Meal Prep Monday...

Never the less, here's what the menu looks like this week!

Breakfast:

Strawberry and Cream Oats

Blackberry Pear Smoothie

Lunch:

Popcorn Chicken w/roasted veggies

Shrimp & Green Beans w/brown rice

Dinner:

Slow Cooker Burrito Soup

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken w/sweet potato

Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

If you're a subscriber, you should have received my Set it and Forget It slow cooker recipe book for Freebie Friday.  I'm putting it to good use for dinner this week.

I really only need to prep my lunches and snacks so it won't take long at all.  I plan to bake the chicken and roast the veggies at the same time.  While those are in the oven I can whip up the shrimp and green beans on the stove.
