Meal Prep Sunday 1/31/21
So I decided to go with a kid inspired meal prep this week. I'm always packing my kid's lunch and thinking, these look kind of good! Haha I like to think of these as "lunchables" for adults. Anyone can throw them together in a few minutes.
I also baked up some chicken tenders for extra protein and made a healthier version of chocolate chip muffins for the whole fam. You can pick whatever fruit you'd like for the smoothies. I like to add a scoop of protein and greens to mine to balance it out!
