Last meal prep Sunday in January... this month has flown by! I have another easy menu for you this week. Not a whole lot of fancy recipes or much prep work. I've attached the entire plan for you to download!
It only took me about an hour to put everything together this morning. The only prep work was the Chicken Salad and cutting up some veggies. I also went ahead and prepacked my smoothie bags so I can just grab them out of the freezer and throw into the blender in the morning.
Here's the menu this week:

Leftover Sweet and Sour Shrimp w/rice
One Pot Taco Pasta
Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Peppers
