
Just because you're traveling doesn't mean you have to phone it in on your exercise routine! In anticipation of my beach trip coming up, I decided to put together a quick HIIT workout to do right on the beach.
Complete each exercise back to back with little rest in between. Rest for 60 seconds, then repeat for 3 rounds. You can take a 5 minute stroll down the beach to warm up and cool down.
High knees x60 sec
Squats x30 sec
Squat Jumps x30 sec
Butt Kicks x60 secs
Walking Lunges x30 sec
Lunge Jumps x30 sec
Jumping Jacks x60 sec
Push Ups x30s sec
Cross Body Mountain Climbers x30 sec
Rest 60 sec, repeat x3 times
